The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is introducing a new video conference from their current exhibit Apron Chronicles: A Patchwork of American Recollections This program features photographs and stories from the current exhibit Apron Chronicles: A Patchwork of American Recollections at the National Cowgirl Museum during the spring of 2011. As a uniform, a display of artistic talent, or a memory, aprons are recognized by all ages. In addition to hearing the stories behind some vintage aprons, participants learn of the role aprons have played in history from the Middle Ages to the present as well as be able to share their own stories.

The statue of the Goddess of Liberty has become an important symbol of our Capitol and for our state. Despite the Goddess' fame, there are many aspects about her design and creation that are shrouded in mystery. Recommended for learners in Grades 7-12, the BioMed Tech Distance Learning Series is designed to stimulate interest in biomedical technology and engineering careers and foster an appreciation and understanding of regionally developed medical advances. Aligned with the Ohio Department of Education Science, Mathematics, and Technology Content Standards and the National Science Education Standards, each program will emphasize biomedical technology and engineering careers, scientific processes, and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) content.

Author John R. Erickson offers more dates for his Hank the Cowdog book series via video conferencing! Hank the Cowdog "It’s me again, Hank the Cowdog." Hank’s author, John R. Erickson, has been entertaining audiences with Hank programs for twenty-eight years, all the way from Fairbanks, Alaska, to Key West, Florida. Accompanying himself on the banjo, he sings songs from the Hank audio books and does readings from the stories (about sixty-five character voices).
