Lest We Forget World War II
Berrien RESA works with Lest We Forget Southwest Michigan to coordinate a series of interviews with local veterans. Each session features a panel of local veterans with a variety of experiences in each war. In this session, students will hear experiences from and interview veterans from World War II.

FREE Gr 9-12 - LIVE from the United Nations Climate Change Conference in South Africa
Join the Centre for Global Education, TakingITGlobal, and Staples, as we bring the world's students together in A Global Response to Climate Change, LIVE from the United Nations Climate Change Conference in South Africa. Students will examine the complex nature of climate change, hear from global Climate Change visionaries and innovators, and talk about practical steps and movements students can be involved in to make a difference. Through the blending of Video Conferencing, Blogs, Discussion Boards, and our Global Student Portal, students will collaborate with 400+ high school students, graduate school mentors, researchers and activists from South and Central America, North AMerica, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Scientists in Action connects students with scientists while they are in their field site or research lab.
Join Nicole Garneau, PhD, curator of human health, for an inside look at your health, the mystery of genetic traits, and the science behind DNA. Live from the Rocky Mountain Taste & Smell Center Lab.
Students are linked with scientists as they broadcast live from their field sites or Museum labs. Scientists share new discoveries, demonstrate field research techniques, and answer questions from students.
Program Format:
45 minute session
Scientist gives an introduction of themselves and their unique location (10 minutes).
Scientist welcomes questions and discussion from students.
Scientist uses their unique location (field, lab, collections) to help make information relevant to students (35 minutes).
