Objectives:
1. Students use the formal language of mathematics to communicate strategies and solutions.
2. Students work together in groups using collaborative logic and 3D models to solve problems.
3. Students illustrate and articulate their solutions in their math journal.
4. The combination of math language and three dimensional thinking will help students who lack language and other experiences better grasp mathematical concepts.
