INDUCTION 2009 SPECIAL OFFER:
For the first time ever, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum offers a FREE Induction-Themed Videoconference
Dear Educators,
On Monday March 30th the Education Department of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum will partner with Cleveland’s WVIZ/PBS ideastream® to kick off Induction 2009 by connecting to students around the world via the award-winning distance learning program On the Road.
This special one-hour program entitled “Rock Hall Inductee Spotlight: The Class of 2009,” will take place at 1:00 pm EST and will be offered FREE of charge to classrooms via interactive videoconferencing (IVC) or as streaming content over the internet.
Interested educators should contact John Ramicone at (216) 916-6360 or email at john.ramicone@ideastream.org by March 25, 2009. Space for IVC connection is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Real-time streaming content via the internet will be available at http://www.wviz.org/distance and will require a login.
